Kellam, Inc. has been in business since 1978 and has the reputation of offering our customers a complete worry free option to their building projects. Among them were a 220,000 sq. ft.+/- heavy industrial expansion and a 141,000 sq. ft. new manufacturing facility. These two projects totaled over $10,000,000 and were privately negotiated - partially and in total - with no other bidders. These corporate decisions, to not take competitive bids, were a result of our on time, on budget, with superior quality NO HASSLE reputation.

Kellam, Inc. continues to grow by providing ongoing service to our past customers and by developing long-term relationships with new ones. Our goal is to maintain repeat business with our clients by keeping our promises and completing projects on time, on budget, and with no surprises.
