| Project: A new 6,600 square foot maintenance building. The maintenance building is a pre-engineered steel building from Nucor. | |
| Features: As seen in the photos, the exterior has a ten-foot tall split-faced block look with steel siding above. It has an open end-wall on the east side of the building for equipment storage. Probably it’s most notable feature is the ½” steel plates welded in the floor to allow heavy equipment to be brought in and out of the maintenance area without damaging the floor. The building also includes various areas for storage of oil and other supplies as well as a locker room, a full bathroom and shower area, and a second story mezzanine on the west side of the building. | |
