| Project: (2) new maintenance building additions totaling approximately 7,800 square feet. The buildings are pole buildings provided by UBC in Marion. | |
| Features: The first building addition is complete; and work is under way on the 2nd addition for a maintenance area, paint bay, and restrooms. The additions will provide increased capacity and efficiency for preparation of equipment for sale. The maintenance buildings will be complete with insulation, interior liner panel, along with electrical, mechanical and plumbing. The restrooms included in the buildings will be used for convenience during the public auctions held every other month. | |
