Kellam, Inc. is a Charter Nucor Pre-engineered Building dealer. In 1993 Kellam, Inc. received the first ever-worldwide Million-Dollar Award along with another High Performance Award from Nucor.

EXCAVATING

Kellam, Incorporated's earth working operation offers demolition, clearing, excavation, drilling and blasting, trenching, utility preparation, erosion control, retention pond and lake construction, and specialty snow removal.  Kellam also performs storm sewer, sanitary sewer and water main installation.

Kellam's earth working team has completed demanding projects for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Daleville Outlet Mall, Peru City Hall, Fulton County Jail, the Winger Subdivision in Sweetser, and the cities of Wabash and Jonesboro.

CONCRETE WORK

Kellam specializes in industrial and commercial concrete, featuring interior floor slabs, exterior concrete pads, dock slabs and retaining walls, exterior door approaches, and sidewalks.  Kellam offers a full range of concrete and street services, from curbing and sidewalks to street construction and median design.
